1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the adbme.ch website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation. These terms form a legally binding agreement between adbme and the customer. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any modification will take effect as soon as it is published online, and will only apply to orders placed thereafter. It is the customer's responsibility to regularly review the latest version. Continued use of the website constitutes full acceptance of any changes made.
2. Products
All items listed on adbme.ch are presented with the greatest care to ensure accurate and detailed descriptions. Each product page includes images, dimensions, materials, and specifications. However, given the artisanal or small-batch nature of our work, slight differences may occur between the product received and the one shown online. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen settings. While we strive for perfection, small imperfections or variations are part of the uniqueness of our creations. adbme cannot be held liable for minor inaccuracies in product descriptions or visuals. If a product is temporarily unavailable, this will be clearly indicated, and pre-orders may be offered when applicable.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on adbme.ch are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT and other applicable Swiss taxes. Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior notice, depending on material costs, production factors, or exchange rates. However, the price charged to the customer will always be the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping fees are additional and clearly communicated during the checkout process, depending on the customer's location and chosen delivery method. For international shipments, please be aware that customs or import fees may be charged upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Ordering Process
Placing an order on adbme.ch involves selecting the desired product(s), choosing size and quantity, and entering accurate billing and shipping details. Before confirming the purchase, the customer is given a summary of the order. Once the order is submitted, a payment link is generated via Stripe, and the order status is set to 'awaiting payment'. The payment must be completed through the secure Stripe interface (QR code or direct button) for the order to be validated. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, adbme reserves the right to cancel the order. A confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been processed successfully, officially placing the order in our production queue.
5. Payment
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a leading global payment gateway. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details at any point. Stripe encrypts and handles your payment information according to the highest industry security standards. Once payment is validated, the customer will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email. Please ensure your payment details are correct to avoid delays. In case of failed payment or suspected fraud, adbme may refuse the transaction and cancel the order. We do not offer cash-on-delivery or invoice-based payments at this time.
6. Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Given our independent structure and limited team, average processing time ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Shipping occurs Monday to Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Swiss orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while international deliveries may take 1 to 4 weeks.
When an order includes pre-order items or restocks, the entire order will be held until all products are available. Split shipping is not offered by default. Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships.

7. Returns & Exchanges
As a small-scale, independent brand producing made-to-order or limited-run items, adbme does not currently support standard return or exchange policies. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience a sizing issue, receive a defective item, or are unhappy with your purchase for any valid reason, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. adbme will not be held liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer. All delivery times provided on our site are estimates and do not constitute binding guarantees.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, adbme is no longer in control of delivery conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors such as customs inspections, strikes, or force majeure events. If your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.

All elements featured on the adbme.ch website — including but not limited to logos, artworks, product designs, videos, slogans, photos, and graphic layouts — are the intellectual property of adbme or its licensors. adbme collects and processes personal data strictly for the purpose of managing customer orders, payments, and communications. This includes your name, address, email, and order history. Your data may be shared with service providers such as Stripe or postal carriers, solely to fulfill your order. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

11. Right of Withdrawal
According to Swiss law, a right of withdrawal within 14 days may apply to some purchases. However, this right does not extend to personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items — which includes most products sold by adbme. As such, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, unless the product received is defective or significantly deviates from the product description.

12. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a disagreement or dispute relating to an order, product, or interpretation of these terms, adbme encourages dialogue and aims to resolve matters amicably. If no resolution can be found, legal jurisdiction shall be assigned to the competent courts of Switzerland. The language of legal proceedings will be French. Customers from outside Switzerland must also agree to submit to Swiss jurisdiction in the case of a dispute.
